I can't remember the last time I went down to the local shop to get pastries for breakfast but that's what I did today. And then spent the rest of the morning doing very little indeed.

A couple of hours on the bike to finish off the week and that was plenty, me returning home under ever-darkening skies and the rain starting just in the last mile.
