Sunday: Miami Hydrants

We slept pretty well last night but, as expected coming this way, woke up pretty early.  We had a bit of time before we needed to leave the hotel for the airport so went for a walk in the neighbourhood.  There were some interesting birds out (see extra) but as I have no idea what they are I decided not to post them for my main blip.  Any bird observations welcomed.

K and I had a most bizarre conversation tonight:
Me: I’ve got really itchy feet.
K.: Me too.  It was a great trip.  We should plan our next one very soon.
Me.: (slight pause)…..I meant I’ve been bitten by mosquitoes…..

The flight back to Belize was pretty smooth.  Barney is delighted to see us.
