High Life

Visiting another county, we were amazed to see this tiny blemish on the surface of a quiet country lane marked up for repair.  In the poor area we come from they don't even want you to report  a hole in the road until two people or 5 cyclists have disppeared into it and 457 car tyres and/or wheels have been sent for premature recycling.
