Another walk in Sydney's bushland
Today we walked from our apartment through the bush and along creeks and an abandoned golf course to eventually walk along part of the Lane Cove River in the National Park. It was interesting that the most damaged looking environment was within the National Park - people pressure, I guess. We got caught in the rain coming back and experienced how quickly little streams become raging torrents. M's Doc Maritn's proved useful in blocking the flow of water on stepping stones to allow her mother to cross with semi dry feet. We did look like drowned rats however.
