Mandy Morton

Lindsay and I went to the library this afternoon to hear author Mandy Morton talk about her books based around the No. 2 Feline detective agency.  Mandy was very funny, cats, a cream tea and a free book were included. 

It was quite a surprise to discover that 'The Windmill Murders' is imagined in Castle Acre, Norfolk which is where Martin and I lived, and where we got married, nearly 30 years ago!  

The photo is posed in front of a drawing given to us by Axel Scheffler when he came to the Linton Children's book festival in 2008.
