Dinner Is Ready!

It was a long and memorable day, culminating with an incredible dinner at Under The Nut Tree - an open air restaurant featuring slow barbecued meat and accompanying veggies and salads.
This is Simon who is from Australia and takes great pleasure from his cooking. His wife, Carolina is an excellent host and manager of this event that takes place at their home in the West Country.

Earlier in day, we said farewell to our friends in Devon and motored out to visit Tintern Abbey - a picturesque ruin of a Cistercian Abbey in the Wye Valley. We met up with Kevin again and visited a town called Usk and then for a walk along the river Monow in the town of Monmouth.
