WB studio tour (Harry Potter) and other adventures

We left home this morning looking for the reputed M and M shop (3 stories of lollies), but I am sad to say it didn’t quite meet our expectations. There were plenty of M and M’s but not much else. Nonetheless, we took home our fair share of specialty chocolate! The highlight of the day was the studio tour of the making of Harry Potter. It was incredible to see the time and effort that went into making and producing the set. I will let the kids post pictures.. there are plenty! The butter beer was quite tasty and everyone enjoyed the whole experience. We stopped for Italian on the way home and Jane had a great time eating her dinner until she spotted the camera. She obviously enjoyed eating her meal in her own way, and possibly cooled her pasta in the process as she ate much faster than her siblings who sat there complaining it was too hot to eat.. so maybe there is something to her method! Our other amusing find was that Essy went out matching the Pringle’s can she was holding… the green shirt turned out to be a win for the day.. not only did she match the pringles, but she also matched all of the green screens in the studio so it looks like she has an invisibility singlet in all of the special effect shots!
