First Cut

I didn't want to BALE on the details of this picture, so...HAY, I called my farmer friend Bobby to ask a few questions.

ME: "I know I've asked you this before, but what hay cut is the best...the 1st or the 2nd?"

BOBBY: "Neither, it's the 3rd."

ME: "Is this the first cut?"

BOBBY: "Yes it is."

ME: "How much does a bale of the 1st cut go for?"

BOBBY: "Last week at the auction, a bale went from 40-75 dollars."

The questions are many,
and the answers are rough.
And it's always good...
to have friends that know stuff.
