Doddie Walk

After travelling eastwards for quite some time, we reached one of our favourite stop-offs, Gloagburn. This started as a small farm shop and cafe and has grown and grown. We took Bertie on this walk beside the farm shop which was like a maze through rye grass over 6 feet tall. It is called the Doddie Walk because it helps to raise money for Motor Neuron Disease research. Doddie Weir was a Scottish rugby player who died of MND so the 1.5km path we followed was the outline of rugby players jumping for the ball (first extra).
The second extra shows the lovely view from our campsite, looking out over the River Tay towards the Kingdom of Fife.
