My dear friend Kat

This is my dear Friend Kat who in a short time has meant a lot to me. We met in the dance class and later had a common friend Max. I always stand behind Kat in the dance class and pretty much copy her. It also helps because when she makes a mistake I do too so I am not ridiculed.

Due to the tough decision between pursuing the PhD in August(too short time) and financial difficulties for my family and me.
I have chosen to go for a finance data science position and defer the offer for the PhD. I didn’t have the courage to open the email from the PhD supervisor: Guy, who is a very big name in the field and tell him the truth and so I relied heavily on my dear friend Kat to brave me through it. My heart raced as she read the email. Eventually, through chat GPT we were able to frame a good reply to him. I am not sure if he has answered due to my email anxiety, but I am a little better that the email is now sent atleast.
