Low

Had to nip to the chemist on the High Street. Noticing that the tide was out, I thought I'd try walking into town via East Beach. 

As well as the tide being low, there was a lot less sand than there used to be (admittedly, it's been a while since I've been there). 

It wasn't the easiest surface to walk on, Still, it made a very enjoyable change.
