Elecampane

This flower has appeared in our garden. I thought it was a weed but Graham tells me it is elecampane, which having looked it up, I see is in the sunflower family.
Good news today is that I had a shower for the first time for 4 months! With Colin’s help in putting up the grab rail and with the aid of a nonslip shower mat I at last am safe enough to have a shower.
