Fun on the farm

Mr H and I took Libby out for the day to Hesketh Farm near Bolton Abbey. We have both had a wonderful time, but Libby told the farmer , who was driving the tractor for the ‘tour’ that it was amazing. We have ridden pedal tractors, dug in the sand pits, slid down slides, brushed Guinea pigs, held chicks, fed apples and carrots to donkeys, discussed how fleece becomes yarn and fabric and as seen here given milk to calves.

What a great day out - but still a huge dog shaped void in our lives!
