Bridge over quiet Waters

On the left of the picture you can see the swing bridge at Merthyr Mawr. This is a modern replacement for a much older wooden suspension which really did swing. The most movement you can get from this one is a vibrational whip.
In the distance you can see Ogmore Castle dated 1116 & the tipis which i blipped a few weeks ago.
The path leads over to the stepping stones.
The pub in the distance is called the Pelican in her Piety. About 100 yards from the pub you have a good golf course, horse riding & amazing walks.
