The bluebells are blue - still...
I thought these were a spring flower and here we are in June and they are still blooming away to themselves. Perhaps and indication of the coldest spring we have had in decades.
I've called them bluebells but they may well be hybrids, harebells or the real thing for all I know. I should know, because they keep multiplying in my garden every year. The tree is an old Hawthorn that is only now just beginning to blossom. Obviously I've had to keep my vest on as "ne'er cast a clout til May be oot"
