Another lazy day
Went out for some milk then walked along the Bow river to the bow park where Abi was going to have a kayak lesson . She is not afraid of the water or the kayak but took ages to get into it. Her mum thinks it is the fear of the unknown. They were in a bay on the Bow which was very fast flowing on the main stream.
It made for a late dinner as they didn't finish the lesson til 8pm
