It's scaffoldng!
One of the most unusual courses that I got sent onduring my career as a sound engineer was, scaffolding, safety and construction.
That was forty to fifty years ago, so I wont attempt to judge
this lot outside my old windows.
I think the picture just about qualifies for Wid Wed,  it has a bit of blue in it.
