Pine

Pine flower essence is one of the original Bach Flower Remedies and is one of the most common essences I prescribe. It works on self-acceptance releasing guilt, self-reproach and low self-worth.

People needing pine often take the blame for things that aren't their own fault and can be found apologising all the time even if someone else bumps into them. They will put themselves last, feeling unworthy and thinking that others are more deserving.

On a very deep level, people needing pine feel guilty for their own existence and that is what pine flower essence heals.

As pine flower essence is taken, the awareness that we are all equally worthy of receiving love, praise and success flows gently into consciousness.

This Scots pine was photographed in Strachur, Argyll - one of my favourite little woodland walks. It's not the most beautiful photo I took that day but pine is such an important essence I had to blip it.
