Hyde Hall RHS

This morning we went over to Hyde Hall gardens this is one of the reasons for coming to this area. We have been before but later in the year so today in the summer was wonderful. The Cottage gardens and modern country gardens were amazing so full of colour form and size.
The roses were a little past their best but still beautiful and with all that scent. The dry gardens and rockery’s were also beautiful. It is also good the compare their vegetables with ours and study the summer flower trials.
We had a very nice lunch at the restaurant on top of the hill and walked back through the winter garden.
A good day out and again we must go back before too long
