This Lily in the garden at YorkGate is in flower after a seven year wait and only has a few more days before it dies. 
Then seeds will be taken and it will be another seven years for it to grow and flower again.
Gardeners really do have to be patient!
So it had to be my blip after l had done my shift there this afternoon.

Sciatica has settled down and for that l am thankful.
Always remember the physio (who helped me the most when l was in agony and often  bed ridden for six months) told me that l had to pay attention to spasms such as l had yesterday and act quickly. Carried out his advice and feel so much better today , so much so l have declared myself fit to go to tap dancing tonight.
