Had a great day at work, covering science.

In the last lesson, the kids were desperate to find out how they did on their recent test but they’ve had a succession of often non-specialist supply teachers for months so the cover set was just really something to keep them busy instead of the test feedback they’d been hoping for. The head of department was thrilled when I said I could go over the answers with them.

When I got home, Steve the Painter very kindly agreed to be my blip-victim. He’ll be here for the rest of the week, sorting out our external window frames and the garage door.
