Nanna

Apologies for the photo of a photo, but this is my beloved nanna - my mum’s mum. She was the youngest of 11 children!!!!! She was born on her eldest brother’s 21st birthday. My poor great grandmother!!

I came across the photo whilst finalising things for my own mum’s funeral, which is on Monday. I am dreading it!

I’ve often been likened to my nanna; a likeness I don’t see. I think the defining feature was dark eyebrows! I have been upset about my eyebrows all of my life, but I think my nanna was beautiful!
