Oops

Not sure what happened here, but I imagine it wasn't intended.

Had good chats today with a trainer who was delivering some sessions for our teams and was also into cycling.  May have persuaded him to come back up north for the World champs in August.  One of those days where I felt like I was running around lots but not getting anything done.
