Amongst the bullrushes

A cooler cloudy day with a few drops of rain as l set off to drop our oldest grandson off at his childminders. It was still fairly warm though.

A day at home with my daughter and her baby. As it’s now 6 weeks since her c section she can drive the car and visited a local supermarket for some top up shopping while l looked after Leo.

In the afternoon I went for a short walk before picking up Lucas and saw these plants and flowers growing alongside a stream.

Once back at my daughters it was a busy time as she popped out to attend a meeting concerning the nursery school Lucas will start in September. It sounds like he should enjoy himself there.
