Saturday morning sugery

Occasionally we open the practice and do a Saturday morning surgery. Today was one of these days so a blip of my desk at 8am waiting for customers.
There is always a different feel to working on a Saturday - less pressure somehow and the patients for some reason seem more relaxed.
I was quite relaxed today as well as my favourite patient had turned up - Mr Sun - and 4 booked patients didn't turn up - thus giving me a bit of time to do some tidying up and catch up on the endless admin we have to do.
