Winging it!

Just before I finished in the gym this morning, Ffion, one of the trainers, was telling Des & myself about a class she runs, for over 50's. We told her we are over 70, but she thought we would like it, so as the class was starting in a few minutes, we went to have a look. I think it would be fun, but more for movement than building  muscle, so I think I will stick to the gym. As I was walking into town , my phone rang. It was my g/daughter with the news that she had been promoted. We are thrilled for her, as she has worked hard, and it's great to see her get the recognition she deserves, as well as more money. 
I saw this very rusty pedal aeroplane outside the antique shop (see extra for the details).
