Black and White

Sharing this image of clematis from our garden in black and white was not my intention. Rather I wanted to show them in their glorious colour. However for some reason, my camera was set to monochrome. But I still enjoy this photograph of our clematis.

Seeing in colour is an interesting phenomenon; a science, but colour perception is also a sensory experience. We can still feel the beauty of the natural world without having access to the full colour spectrum.
