YANAGI ? 'Green Willow'

Now that the raining season has arrived is time for green willow (yanagi) leaves with pinks (nadeshiko) or hydrangea (ajisai) flowers KANZASHI.

Willow is a traditional image associated with Maiko. Because June is the rainy season in Japan, and therefore willow (a water-loving tree) and the washy blue of hydrangea are appropriate.

Now that the project with Full Leaves Nana Flower has finished, somehow I kind of miss her... I've shared some unforgettable times with her and had also the chance to see the girl/ woman behind the white mask. Hope to work with her again soon...
