Lunchtime walk

Managed to grab a short walk between video calls and report editing. Always helpful to clear the head.

Even managed another stroll when I turned the laptop off. I’m not working (employed role) tomorrow (part of my attempt to claw back some time for me when I had slightly overcommitted myself this month) though I have some freelance admin to do.

Pleased to have finally got an appointment with J’s consultant and other hospital staff to discuss their plans on Monday morning. And even more pleased that he seems more relaxed than last week.
