Support

Thank you so much for all the stars, hearts and comments on my blipday yesterday. It is very much appreciated. 
Today was going to be a difficult day at work. I had another two people to do one-to-in interviews with. It is an important exercise but when the staff morale is so low, I find it hard to hear people being unhappy and not being able to do anything about it. Then I had my own personal review. I was dreading and it actually didn't go badly.. 
I left work early, to go and see Lucie who needed some support today. I took her out and listened to her, and we talked, for a couple of hours and I think it helped..
