Beggar

Shall I call this documentary or street photography? Anyway, it has been strange situation to Finnish people since beggars came. People are talking wether to feel sorry or angry. In Finland people think that it's not a decent way to earn one's living. And state should help those people. But then there is the public enemy - bureaucracy.
