Sunset Swimming

Sunny sunset swim this evening compared to the overcast swim on Tuesday evening. It was the best part of my day.The slightly cooler air temperature made it refreshing.

Boring risk assessment work this afternoon and meeting planning but it was good to get it done.

After swimming, a whizz round Tesco then home in time for my bro ringing for a catch up. Ended up on the phone for 3hrs 40 mins !!!!

While chatting I rinsed out my swim suit and flip flops, prepped and ate a light supper, watered all my plants and folded laundry.

Bro went swimming today at Lewes’ lido. It’s a 50m fresh water lido built in 1860. I can’t wait to go!
