Choices

Today's blip was always going to be either an auk or an orchid - eventually I went with a marsh orchid from the edge of the Loch o Gards on Scat Ness.  The orchids are starting to go over now, and I think we've got a few more weeks in the puffin season, so the orchid got the nod.

The extra ('Three's a crowd!') shows the extent of burrow overcrowding at Sumburgh Head.
