had a short walk this morning and found some rosemary and lady in the mist…..seeing they are in the Ashwood garden, i picked some for a blip as it’s to windy to  snap outside….

later Sainsbury delivered my groceries, and i had lunch……then some housework and now i’m on the sofa and will read my book in a bit….later sort my meds for the week…the remains of the day will be quiet because i am very tired today…
