The last of last year's harvest

I found these in the cupboard - the last remains of the pink fir apple potatoes.  They are now de-sprouted, cleaned up and in the slow cooker with some stock to make soup.
I also managed a walk with extra as the main dog walker is away on shed duty in Brampton today.
