Newspaper delivery

Coda learnt very quickly when only a couple of  months old, to fetch and bring the daily newspaper to us. She has been doing it faithfully for five years now! Admittedly she has decided to bring in some variety, and at times I have to chase her around the dining room table before she will drop it. Can't blame her though.
In all weathers she will run outside and bring the paper into the house. What a special girl!
It's been a lovely warm day today. I played Canasta this afternoon. One of those days when my partner and I were just not dealt good cards...but it was still a most enjoyable afternoon.
