Hollyhocks.

I love how the tall hollyhocks just appear in random places, reach tall, and completely steal the show. I snapped these. growing on the verge down the road from our house. It's the only picture I've taken today, so was pleased to bump into them on my walk with Ali.

Busy day, bit of shopping, and painting (me) J is having his first try at laying laminate flooring in the upstairs toilet. 

Plumber failed yet again to turn up. Everything crossed for him turning up at 8.30am tomorrow. Looks to me like he's. taken on too much work, which is of no help to us!

Worked so hard today, felt I could reward myself with a glass or two of chilled wine. Now feeling guilty at going over my allowance of a half bottle of wine for the evening!
