just random flowers - i saw on a - brief stroll around the - neighborhood as i tried - to get some - fresh air and - gain some energy - i once heard - mild exercise can help - with restoring balance - to your body - so i figured - i might give it - a go but it - didn’t really work

i managed to spur - a niggling headache into - a full blown migraine - and some other - symptoms are now also - screaming at me - sometimes i feel like - i am a hot mess - with no answers but - i do have more - tests lined up next week - and the really - positive thing is - that i got a - glorious shot of yellow - flowers randomly blowing - in the breeze - just waiting for me - smiling at me - so i could - let them smile - at you and make it…
