Thornbury Carnival

I had a text from Louise this afternoon, would I like to go to Thornbury Carnival with her and her Mum. It seemed like a nice thing to do, but was quite cold and some of the music was good, some less so. First live music since November 2019. To be honest it felt overwhelming being among so many people. 

Also talking to her Mum who understood the feeling of guilt for living, smiling and laughing.

It was really cold too! But good to have support to rejoin the world.
