Blackford HIll

Sunny, windy. Quick trip out first for a paper.  Out again in the early afternoon by no 11 bus (dodging a shower) to the Braid Hills hotel stop, down to the stream, then up the west side of Blackford Hill. Picture from the top of the long set of steps .. there was a wind under that cloud, but it didn't actually rain on us. Very windy at the top, sunshine and cloud shadow.  Looked for an alternate path down towards the allotments, but the well worn trails through gorse ended in precipitous slopes. 

Went east instead past the Royal Observatory (in extra) and down into Blackford, back by no 24 bus, missing another shower.
