Morning light

Millie had us awake early as she heard Soul arriving and told us about it. She was happy to have another wee snooze with us after she was reassured that it was a friendly visitor.

Soul is gradually working from bed to bed sorting out areas with too much growth, and moving plants that need more sunlight. He has done a great job of this area below the lapa.

Arnie played tennis this afternoon while Millie and I had a great long walk. Dessert made for tomorrow’s lunch with Sue, and chowder made for our supper next week.

It was good to close the door and light the fire.
