Balmy Berkshire

We travelled up yesterday for the VW Festival at Stoner Park.
Today we popped into Reading for a browse, I thought I had reached the age where there was nothing I wanted however I found I needed a 'quirky' glasses case!!

It was scorching hot yet people were out on jackets etc, living in Cornwall you don't often see ladies in burkah's, at least I assume they were ladies, underneath that lot they could have been anything.

We are now tucking into burgers, hot dogs, piri piri steaks and ribs accompanied by Blue Moon and Samuel Adams lager.

Early night tonight I think ready for a day in the sun VW spotting.

I think trying to coax Clare into entering the Miss VW contest tomorrow may be a lost cause!!
