Happy Birthday Jens

On 6th may I got this email from oleG :

"Hello Kim,
as you probably know the Jens's birthday comes soon. I have an idea to make something special for Jens. It would be really cool to gather all the friends and relatives of Jens at one place (at Jens's parents' would be perfect) and make a nice surprise blip.
Tell me would do you think."

Brilliant idea which came into a beautiful realization.

A gathering at Jens's parents' place. Jens's father made a telephone call to canada and we all spoke to Jens and conveyed our wishes. Also sang, "Happy Birthday" song together on phone. Then we lit candles, cut cake, ate pizza and sweets.

It was a great birthday party, though a bit strange as the birthday boy was missing. I hope this blip would make Jens feel home. We really missed him.

As a birthday present, Jens will get a portrait of each of us ;-)
