All good in Northumberland on the last day of our little break with my folks.

After a morning of coffee and reading in the garden it was off up to Alnwick for Barter Books where I stocked up on David Peace Paperbacks for some essential re-reads, then down to Alnmouth for a look at the sea and a trip to the tearooms.

A little trip to Warkworth for a wander on the beach and a paddle in the sea, a pint in The Mason's Arms and then home to Amble.

Right, some cycling to catch up on I reckon.
