Complicated

Had a spare hour today so decided to try to do some research into next size car seats for Lizzie.  Could do with moving her to another one so that there will be one available for her cousin when they visit in August.  How complicated it seems, lots of advice from the lady in one shop but still confusing and, of course, expensive.  They seem to change the rules regularly so what was fine last year isn’t this year and of course you want them to be safe.
