Flinders in the rain!

I could have edited this image and brightened it up a bit, but the appealing part of it for me personally is that it sums up the weather in Augusta today.  It has rained for most of the day but when there was a short break this morning I went whale spotting just past Flinders Bay.  I sat in the car for ages and although the water was flat calm, there wasn’t a whale in sight.  On my way back I took an alternate route and found myself looking down on my favourite beach in the world from a great height.  I just love this aspect, even though it is fairly grey and gloomy.
