Golden Hour

But before that it was an action packed day! We cycled from our house to Rothiemurcas. We stopped off at the cafe for coffee and scones which were delicious!! These two then went to Loch an Eilean and I cycled the direct route back to the house. They ended up doing a detour which took them on an overgrown part of the cycle and was so glad I didn’t go with them!!

We had bacon rolls here for lunch a trip to Aviemore for some provisions then home for our tea. It was a lovely evening and fancied a walk down to the River Feshie. This was around 9pm and the light was stunning.

Graham and Morag called me quite late as I was on my 10pm wind down and after the chat my mind was churning and was still awake at 1am.
