Smithers asked the Head Chef this morning if she would make a butternut squash, spinach and goat’s cheese quiche for supper, which is one her her specialities. And maybe, as an added bonus, some of her signature coleslaw as well ...

Head Chef was more than happy to comply with Smithers' request, especially considering that he had made a batch of granola, a batch of scones and some apricot, oat and honey bars over the weekend, all of which were delicious.
