Tea at 3

Went to see Carol who is v confused this what she ate for tea at 3. Mind you I had to ask for it.. They don't offer..
N arrived soon after and then as we left together I was accosted by Cs social worker..

Home then pork pie and potato wedges and salad for tea then an early night.. Legs aren't behaving but I'm managing.. Just
