Early run past village green.. South Downs Way..
Then i headed to Chichester and saw this wondeful exhibition..in the Cathedral.

 Beautiful Exhibits titled Resilience in Clay. Each of the subjects are connected by the fact that they are building a new life in Chichester some having found refuge from persecution  based on conflict and religious, Social and or ethnic discrimination. Well worth a visit on till 31st August.. worth reading under each piece of art..
